The band was formed in late 2007. Influenced by bands such as At The Throne Of Judgement, Job For A Cowboy, Abigail Williams or The Black Dahlia Murder mixed with old school death & black metal bands as Deicide, Dark Funeral, Dissection and heavy metal bands like Iron Maiden, Gamma Ray... Where Eagles dare brings a new color to the new death metal scene. W.E.D recorded their first 2 songs in February 2008 at FREAKY DOG's Studio in Marseille and are preparing their first shows. They are also working on some new songs in order now preparing to record their first EP for October 2008. The band has opened for bands like Dagoba, Viatrophy, Burning Skies, Salt The Wound, Sepultura, Behemoth etc...
