Years before, singer Natalie Heinen met guitarist Pol Hurion thanks to an advert she posted at her University. It simply read: singer looking for noisy open-minded rock-pop band to have fun.

They connected instantly and worked on different music projects together but they always felt something was missing This was about going to change on this now infamous hungry summer day in 2004.

Singer Natalie acquainted drummer Tony Michel at her local Mc Donalds. The vibes were good and shortly after their first meeting, Tony introduced Natalie and Pol to Jean Debry, who would soon become the bands bassist. The only room was finally completed and the band went through the motions, from playing live for the first time to becoming true friends.

Even though (or maybe because) all members have very different music backgrounds, The only room musicians found a unique way of expressing their melodic indie-rock-popish style. The only room is about trying to grow up and mainly exposing a keen audience to fresh loud, sometimes emotionally furious music. Come and join them and swing!!!
